Position:  Project Manager
Location: 697 Srinagarindra Rd, Phatthanakan, Suan Luang, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks effectively. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and analyze project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues as needed.
  
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify and manage any budget variances.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing and acceptance processes.
  
• Project Closure: Formalize project completion, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.
  
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing IT projects, with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively based on project needs.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills for both Thai and English.
  
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools.
  
• Experience in software development lifecycles, infrastructure projects.
  
• Ability to analyze information, make sound judgments, and solve complex problems.
  
• Experience with change management principles.

Position: Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Research healthcare trends, consumer behavior & digital innovation
• Build financial models & forecasts for new products/partnerships
  
• Translate business goals into clear product & operational requirements
  
• Analyze data & deliver actionable insights to leadership
  
• Support our startup accelerator program with evaluation & performance tracking
  
• Prepare investor decks, pitch materials & leadership reports
  

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or startups
  
• Degree in Business, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, or related fields
  
• Fluent in Thai & English (written & spoken)
  
• Strong with numbers, frameworks & storytelling
  
• Comfortable with Excel, Notion, PowerPoint, dashboards (Tableau/Looker)
  
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative in fast-paced settings
• Bonus if you have healthcare/tech interest, startup or VC exposure, or knowledge of regulatory/clinical frameworks.
